ONE TAP. EVERYBODY KNOWS.

Blitzl Attendance/Time Clock

We are excited to announce a powerful new feature for Blitzl which leverages our proximity-based technology to provide a flexible and highly efficient time clock solution for staff and contract workers.

Traditional time-tracking methods often fail when staff forget to manually clock in or out. Our new feature solves this with wireless, presence-based clock check.

Blitzer long range IP67 Bluetooth sensor

The Blitzl Time Clock system automates compliance with four key features:

  • Wireless Clock In/Out: Staff can clock in and out using current presence detection and a simple software interaction when they are in the range of the Time Clock sensor.

  • Automated Reminders: The system provides a periodic notification reminding staff to clock in ("You need to clock in") if they are within the sensor range but haven't done so.

  • Automatic Clock-Out: To ensure accurate logs, the system can be set to automatically clock a user out if they leave the sensors’ range for a flexibly set amount of time (e.g., 15 minutes), with all automated clock-outs indicated in the report.

  • Easy Administrative Reporting: Owners and administrators can easily access and export a report of all Team Members, including each clock in/clock out per day for the past 14 days, with automatic clock-outs clearly indicated.

This new capability complements Blitzl's core strengths, which include private chat based on location and category, instantaneous communication, and streamlined team coordination, including using Blitzl Pro with Blast Button for repeated use and emergency situations.

The patent-pending Blitzl system consists of:

  1. GPS;

  2. Portable individual mobile phone Blitzl sensor mode;

  3. Professional IP66 Main and Locational Blitzl sensors in various formats with long battery life;

  4. Universally downloadable apps for smartphones and tablets; and

  5. Seamlessly connected web servers in the Cloud.
